We just had two night in a luxury tent. 2ad 2ch. It absolutely poured with rain the whole time. But we still have a great time. Kids swam in the pool and we rode around on the trike you can hire. The tent was super cozy and dry. It was also very spacious. We will definitely be back.

Ballina Beach Nature Resort was an amazing stay for us, wish we stayed longer. With access to a beautiful section of beach. Pools catering for both our kids swimming abilities. Kids love the pedal cars. The fenced off lead dog area was just great to let our dog have off lead time and be secure. Main toilet block is quite run down be definitely functional. Park was clean. Well worth the stay. Short or long.

Really enjoyed staying here. We were a group of 3, one car and camping. Great showers, kitchen facilities and toilets. We used the laundry too which was handy. The campsite was quite at night and chilled environment. Lots of children on bicycles and scooters so be careful driving around. Nice relaxed environment and close to ballina and Byron which were great for day trips! Would stay again if here again.

Had a one night stop over in a glamping tent. We’ve stayed in similar style accommodation before but this one was so much bigger. Very well presented. What a terrific idea to book a few nights and bring more provisions. Wish we’d known of the resort when our kids were younger. Access to the beautiful remote beach was amazing. The landscaping was on point. Small housekeeping issues…..there were no towels on the main bed. We took the 2 from the bunks and noted one had a rip in it. And we couldn’t work out how to use the fan. That might be more a reflection of the operators though! We would certainly choose to stay again.

I stayed in a cabin / tent. The space was excellent and I really enjoyed the finish as all timber and had a feel of a cabin. The resort is on a large island. Transport to the resort from the north is via a ferry which costs $7 each way. The south entrance is via a bridge.

Our room was lovely. Everything was new! The sound of the birds made a tranquil sound despite all the children present. The beach was wonderful and so pristine.
